Formulation: Emulsifiable concentrate - EC
Mode of Action: It is an acaricide-insecticide of natural origin produced by fermentation by the soil bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. It controls sucking, scraping, and miner pests and stimulates the release of Gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA), inhibiting neuromuscular transmission, which causes paralysis and death. ACARAMIK® 1.8 EC is translaminar and acts on pests by contact and ingestion. It presents residual activity by remaining within the tissue while the outer portion is degraded by environmental factors, which contributes to its selectivity to benefits.
