Senior Accountant

Principal Duties & Responsibilites
• Posting of invoices for parent company in EMEA region
• Posting of complex transactions for parent company in EMEA region
• Support by monthly/annual closing processes
• Overview of AP and AR
• Preparation of input for tax declarations for EMEA legal entites
• Assist in budget preparation for EMEA
• Assist the annual year-end financial audit with auditors at all EMEA legal entities.
• Preparation of various detailed reports at company level
• Support/mentor junior team members by posting of transactions.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance - accounting experience
• More than 5 years of accounting experience
• Verbal and written knowledge of English
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (excellent knowledge of Excel)
• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Navision)
• Communication skills
• Ability for teamwork, independence, persistence
• Driver's license
• Certificate from criminal records
• Position based in Slovenia facility
