BUNTEN: Diafenthiuron 50% WP
- BUNTEN is a broad-spectrum insecticide that controls whiteflies in cotton & brinjal, diamond back moth (DBM) in cabbage and mites in chili.
- BUNTEN is a thiourea class of insecticide/acaricide that has a novel MOA. It inhibits mitochondrial respiration by its carbodiimide product.
- BUNTEN is recommended on brinjal, cardamom, chili, citrus and cotton crops @ 240gm to 320gm per acre for control of various sucking pests. Also recommended to control DBM in cabbage crop at dose of 240gm per acre.
