Fungicide belonging to the chemical group of strobilurins (QoI – Quinone outside Inhibitors). It acts by inhibiting fungal mitochondrial respiration, blocking electron transport in complex III (cytochrome bc1). It belongs to Group 11 of FRAC. Fungicide with translaminar mobility, with essentially preventive and anti-sporulant activity. It also has a curative action on fungi that develop on the surface of tissues (powdery mildew).
