Insecticide obtained naturally, by fermentation of the bacterium Saccharopolyspora spinosa. Contains the active substance spinosad, belonging to the spinosin chemical family. It is a contact and ingestion insecticide, with translaminar action, which acts on the nervous system of insects, as an activator of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, IRAC MoA group 5.
