A fluroxypyr-based herbicide belonging to the chemical group of pyridyloxycarboxylates, it is a synthetic auxin (HRAC group 4). It is mainly absorbed by leaves and roots, translocated through the symplast and apoplast and accumulates in meristematic tissues. The first symptoms appear very quickly, and control occurs within 3-5 weeks. It has a short persistence in the soil. Post-emergence herbicide for the control of dicotyledonous weeds (e.g. conyzas, mallow, corriola) in cereals, citrus fruits, meadows and pastures, maize and olive trees.
